Dorner 4100 Series Belt Conveyors
This is the original “Tough as old boots” low profile press tool conveyor system that was the founding bedrock of Dorner Conveyors back in the 1960’s before the development of aluminium framed belt conveyors.
Old design it may be, but these conveyors are designed to thrive in the toughest conditions where the belts run long hours subject to often heavy shock loads with sharp edged parts, often with high temperatures.
These conveyors are often moved around and stored on end when not in use. Most conveyors would not cope with such conditions but the 4100 series has been doing it for years.
We offer an industry leading 10 year warranty on all Dorner conveyors. No other company in the industry offers a longer warranty. Terms and conditions apply. Supplied as an end drive only the very robust steel frame design originally developed for the press tool industry they can withstand removal and refitting to press tools constantly.
With a range of widths, lengths and belts together with motor options, the tough steel frame protects the underside of the belt return and also the rollers from damage when the conveyor is stood on end.
