How do I Order Something?
Put the items you want to purchase into your basket by clicking the "Add to cart" button. Once you have added all the items you want to purchase, click the cart button then select either "View Cart" or "Checkout". Fill in the form and proceed to a secure page where you can make payment. You can create an account (if you don't have one already) which will speed up the process next time you place an order.
How Do I Return an Item?
Please see Returns Page for more information regarding returning an item or what to do if you receive a damaged or faulty item. Please note items damaged in transit must be reported within 10 days of receiving the goods.
My Item Broke, What do I do Now?
Please contact a member of our team who will be able to advise if the product is still under manufacturer's guaranty. Please see section Warranties & Liability for more information.
Are my Details Safe?
We do not pass on any of your information to any other company. The information we have about you will be stored on our customer database and your details added to our mailing list.
