The new online conveyor belt configurator tool, called as DTools, has now been expanded again and includes the company’s accurate positional conveyor platform – the 2200 Series Precision Move.
DTools is a group of easy to use online conveyor design tools designed to help users select, design, configure and apply conveyors belts.
It's a new and intuitive 2D and 3D CAD platform that enables our users to build complete conveyor belt assemblies to their exact layout dimensions.
The configurator is engineered with tool guides and only allows applicable matching conveyor components together. This means that if a system can’t be designed and built for actual use, the configurator will not design it.
This clever feature saves your time by alerting an erroneous design, allowing you to make the necessary adjustments before proceeding.
When the design is complete, you receive part numbers and detailed descriptions of all the components involved and information to receive a quote along with the CAD and 3D PDF files.

The addition of the 2200 Series Precision Move conveyor belt system means users can now utilise the configurator to build conveyor assemblies of the new and existing platforms, as well as Precision Move gang, slave and common drive versions.
Gang drive belt conveyor systems allow one motor to drive multiple conveyors side-by-side, at the same speed with positively driven belting.
Slave drive belt conveyors allow multiple conveyor belts to be linked together in an end-to-end format with only one drive.
Common drive belt conveyors allow multiple conveyor belts with different lengths and widths to operate as one unit side-by-side with a single motor.
Precision Move represents the latest in timing belting and drive technology from Dorner for its 2200 and 3200 Series low profile belt conveyors.
The system is easy to use with basic knowledge and ideal for the assembly, manufacturing and packaging industries that call for extremely accurate movement of product at specific times, distances and intervals.
