This week we have added a link to Dorner's conveyor CAD design facility to the home page of the AS Conveyor Systems website. Using this link our customers can now design and specify in detail their Dorner belt conveyor.
In addition to this they can request a CAD drawing of the conveyor in multiple CAD and other formats.
This allows our customers to see exactly what they will be ordering in detail so that they can include the CAD image in designs and factory layouts, safe in the knowledge that what they see is what they will get. It also makes our job easier in that the spec is communicated to us so that we can raise a quotation fast.
The new CAD design software covers most of the conveyors in Dorner's range but it's constantly being developed and more coverage is expected soon.
