Gravity conveyors X 30pcs with zinc plated steel rollers and high sides to the frames. The customer has requested that we offer a special version of our standard gravity conveyor but with extended framework structure.
Most gravity roller conveyors have side frames below the rollers. Sometimes the customer requires that the side frame protrudes above the rollers slightly to keep the product on the conveyor. But in this case the customer had a product that could vary, including products that could literally roll off the conveyor. We therefore amended our standard steel angle frame to have special high side plates welded on to avoid product escape. We like to take standard conveyors and make small customised changes for customers and this roller conveyor was a perfect example.
