The basic structure is still the same, based on our own Valuframe Series5 profiles. 20mm is still the minimum width, but the maximum width has been regulated to 120mm and at this width the weight of the product on the belt has a effect on performance. So therefore standard widths are 20mm, 40mm, 60mm 80mm and 120mm. We have produced cleated belts, not that the cleats can be very high, about 4-5mm is the maximum. Also due to popular demand, we will be developing a variable speed control option and also a transformer option for conversion from AC to DC power.
