The FK plastic chain conveyor system from Flexmove now has a new bracket kit (FAVBS-60K) that can adapt the more rigid 64mm wide support profile to support the conveyor frame.
The FK conveyor system is based on a 45mm wide aluminium profile with a 44mm wide plastic modular chain and there has been a demand to increase the rigidity of the supporting vertical profiles.
This has been achieved by offering these new brackets, designed to rigidly adapt from the 64mm support profile to the 45mm plastic chain conveyors profile.
The clamping of the brackets to the conveyor frame profile and the supporting profile is based on M8 slot nuts and screws and the brackets are anodised to match the profiles in appearance.
The upper section of the bracket that makes contact with the conveyor frame is also keyed to enhance the connection by aligning the slot of the main conveyor at 90 degrees to the bracket
