Bridge rollers can be very useful to carry products from the end of one slat conveyor to the start of another if the product is short or irregularly shaped.
These bridge roller sets may be powered or gravity based.
When bolted on to the Flexmove slat conveyor drive end plates, where holes are pre tapped, these roller sets assist the product to span the transfer area without any delay.
The powered version of course powers the product across the area and is used for shorter products that lose drive from the preceding and/or following belt.
They permit a smooth transfer of the product from one conveyor line to another, eliminating the dead spot between parallel conveyor frame rails.
