Dorner have updated their 2200 series based gravity roller conveyor system.
The popular 2200 series framed gravity conveyors allow the customer to integrate gravity roller conveyors into a belt conveyor application without having to change the mounting arrangements.
But as importantly the frame design allows the user to keep the appearance of the low profile belt conveyor system throughout the installation.
While the new redesigned gravity roller conveyor now has a 42% lighter frame, it has been able to create a structure that is actually is 44% stronger.
These new roller conveyors now offer lower cost with improved performance.
Base specifications of the new system
• Load capacity up to 119 kg/m
• Conveyor widths now: 152mm, 305mm, 457mm and 610 mm
• Conveyor lengths now: 610 mm to 3,658 mm in 152 mm increments
• Rollers: 25 mm diameter aluminium rollers on 31 mm, 61 mm or 91 mm centres
• Roller Material: Bright anodised aluminium tube with steel ball bearings
• The side frame slots fit standard Dorner drop in hardware
• Lower side frame slots fit standard M6 square nuts
