Free running gravity conveyor for loading & unloading trucks and
containers.
These high level unloaders are used where there is no dock leveller facility, ie
if you are unloading from the back of a trailer or container down to ground
level.
These unloaders are popular for unloading containers and vehicles because
they do not require power and all the connection and safety issues that an
electrical supply for a powered system introduces.
Simply wheel the system up to the back of the vehicle, adjust the height of the conveyor to suit the tail board height, lock the castors and you're ready to go. The multi-decked conveyor is telescopic and can travel with the operator as they move further into the lorry or container. These conveyors significantly reduce the risk of injury and also the turn-around time when manually unloading lorries, 20 foot and 40 foot containers.
