Lineshaft Roller Conveyor

Lineshaft Roller Conveyors are commonly used in warehouse application to transport normally flat boxes. We offer lineshaft conveyors in steel, stainless steel and aluminium versions. Both the steel and aluminium versions are suitable for general box handling whereas the stainless steel lineshaft conveyors are sold mainly into the food manufacturing industry. Roller diameters range from 35mm to 50mm in steel or stainless steel. Conveyor widths range from around 300mm to just over a metre as standard. The nominal length for a standard lineshaft conveyor module is 3 metres. The modules are easily connected and the drive shaft is connected from one module to the next using a simple clutch.

24V DC Powered Roller Conveyors

These 24V DC powered roller conveyor systems offer steady transport and zero line pressure accumulation for boxes and light pallets.

The powered rollers are spaced out according to the lengths of the products to be conveyed and one powered roller provides the drive to several passive gravity rollers via a drive belt. These passive rollers together with the powered roller work to create “Zones” The system uses integral photocells and controllers to control these zones so that the products are conveyed steadily but are prevented from making contact.

The smart connectivity of these systems is extremely adaptable and modular.

Products can move together in unison when a gap appears at the end of the system, or the products can move one by one when the zone in front is vacant.
